The service

AVUNARO is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Rafael Kuldashev, {{LEGAL_ADDRESS}}, registration number 324090951. It gives businesses a workspace with tools, AI agents, automations and integrations. The set of features depends on the business type you choose.

Accounts

Each person uses their own account. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the actions of team members you invite. Access to each business is granted separately.

Your content and connected accounts

You keep ownership of the data you and your customers add to AVUNARO. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. When you connect Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram or other services, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that you will follow the rules of those platforms.

AI agents

AI agents prepare drafts and replies based on the information and rules you provide. AI output can be inaccurate. You decide how much autonomy each agent has; you remain responsible for messages sent on behalf of your business.

Acceptable use

• No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or deceptive content.
• No unlawful goods or services, and no content that violates the rules of connected platforms.
• No attempts to access data of other businesses or to disrupt the service.

Payment

Paid plans are billed by invoice for each business workspace. If payment is overdue, automatic replies may be paused; your data stays available.

Termination

You can stop using AVUNARO at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the rules of connected platforms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or for the content of messages sent by your business through AVUNARO.
